Q. WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM A USED VEHICLE?
A. Pre-owned or used vehicles are not the same as new vehicles. Every effort is made to deliver accurate descriptions in our auctions, but it is possible to miss small deficiencies (e.g. missing lighters, key fobs, CD cartridges, etc.). U.S. CREDIT LIQUIDATORS will not be held liable for minor misnomers. All vehicles are sold AS-IS / WHERE-IS. All vehicles are sold with no warranties, expressed or implied, unless otherwise stated.
Q. WHAT ARE THE TERMS OF PURCHASE?
A. After you have won one of our auctions, there is a minimum non-refundable deposit of $500.00 due within 2 days, and the balance is due within 7 days. Any exceptions must be reviewed and approved before the auction closes. Florida residents are responsible for paying appropriate Florida sales tax plus title and license fees. Buyers outside of Florida are responsible for applicable tax, title and licensing required in your area. All sales are subject to a $229 processing fee. Acceptable forms of payment include cash, personal check (vehicle is held until check clears), money order, certified or cashiers check or wire transfer. All funds are in U.S. Dollars.
Q. WHY SHOULD I HAVE CONFIDENCE PURCHASING FROM YOU?
A. U.S. CREDIT LIQUIDATORS is a trusted and professional organization with over 30 years of experience and has a respected reputation in the business of selling vehicles. Our online sales through eBay® are treated with the same serious, straightforward handling as local market sales.
Q. WHAT DO YOU DO TO PROTECT AUCTION INTEGRITY?
A. Unqualified bidders and auction interference will be subject to legal action. Bid cancellations will result in premature auction closure and we may or may not relist the vehicle in question. Be very sure of your bid amount and be surer that you are financially capable of covering your bid amount. Deadbeat bidders will be reported to eBay® and negative feedback will be left to warn other sellers. Deadbeat bidders may also receive an invoice to cover expenses, including the original listing and any subsequent re-listing fees, plus any other fees incurred as a result of an uncompleted high-bid purchase. If that invoice goes unpaid, it will be turned over to an appropriate collection agency and your credit history will be affected. For this reason it is imperative that you are financially prepared to complete the sale should your bid win.
Q. WHAT IS PROXY BIDDING ON eBay®?
A. Don't lose the vehicle you want at the last minute!!! We've had many people email us who have lost the cars they wanted in previous auctions, and were outbid because they weren't familiar with proxy bidding. Bid the MAX amount you'll pay, and eBay® will automatically bid for you against other bidders. Don’t become a disappointed bidder by losing out on the car you wanted by "Only $100-200". Don't place bids in $100 increments. Take advantage of Proxy Bidding instead! Bid now!
If you have any questions regarding any vehicle currently in the Trust's inventory, please email or call (800) 413-8881.
Thanks for your time.
Good luck bidding.
